I'm not really sure how to start this whole thing.
Initially, I was encouraged by my friends and coworkers at Business Air (the best little FBO in Texas) to keep them updated on my new life. I have an old family friend who is also blogging about his time in NZ (although he and I made our plans to travel overseas completely independently of one another, and his being there at the same time is just another happy coincidence in a massive series of serendipitous events). I thought maybe following his example was the best way to show off the next chapter.
Hopefully I'll be able to decorate, furnish, and festoon my blog with a lot of pictures too, because I daresay (if you can't be there) NZ is best appreciated visually. And what a vision it is!
In any case, the last few days have been a whirlwind, and certainly the start of my next big adventure.
